Established in 2023 and now active in five states, Milestone has consistently pushed the boundaries of what's possible in affordable housing.
Led by Aaron Koffman, the company's visionary approach emphasizes sustainability, community engagement, and respect for each and every resident.
Koffman, in his leadership roles at Hudson Companies and now as CEO of Milestone, has completed over 3,200 units of affordable and supportive housing across New York City, which means new homes for roughly 7,000 New Yorkers. In addition, Mr. Koffman was the development principal on over 3,100 units in construction, where he now serves as an investor, encompassing more than $1.5 Billion in Total Development Costs. These developments not only address the pressing need for affordable housing but also prioritize the well-being and dignity of residents. Milestone's commitment to providing supportive services, such as counseling, job training, and healthcare facilities, reflects its holistic approach to community development.
